Quake Voltage

Yestarday EDL held another match - Stalq3r faced Krysa. There were 3 maps played and amazing that a Czech player could finish victorious in this battle, while the predictions were in another way.

Stalq3r [ 1:2 ] Krysa

 The first map was hub3aeroq3 and Krysa started it really well. He took control over the map and managed to kill  stalq3r from respawns, overaiming him in battles. Czech player managed to collect 8 frags to 0 till the 3 minute. When stalq3r managed to take 1 frag, Czech player took 2 and was always ahead. Stalq3r didn’t play very smart and was overaimed. 1:0 - Krysa’s ahead.

The second map was pro-nodm9 and this time stalq3r started really well. He took mega health and 2 yellow armors and was in the lead 5:0 till 1st minute!! He had good timing and played careful. He didn’t give any chance for Krysa to win. 1:1 - the 3rd map has to decide the winner.

The last map was ztn3tourney1. As on the hub duel, Czech player took the control - taking mega health and 2 yellow armors. He made some clever moves in the beginning and showed good timing, controling all powerups. Losing 2 frags at the start of the match, stalq3r chnaged some tactics and began to play more careful. Then he again used some arcade and step by step he made a draw with Czech player and then could even overcome him. At the middle of the match Ukrainian player just lacked some luck and was making stupid moves. Krysa took powerups control and was holding the game in his favor. When he had chances to get some more frags he used that opportunity, instead stalq3r didn’t wait until Krysa would make a mistake, he tried to get the frags and failed. 2:1 - an amazing vicotory of Czech player Krysa!
